Return your unopened CO-DRIVER NO3 free of charge – request a return within 100 days of delivery.


1. ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN

These Campaign Terms govern OOONO A/S’s (“OOONO”) voluntary 100-day return offer for the CO-DRIVER

NO3 (the “Product”).

The offer applies in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal or your statutory rights in relation to defective goods.

2. ELIGIBLE ORDERS

The 100-day return offer applies to the Product ordered by consumers through ooono.com between 28 October 2026 at 00:00 CET and 10 November 2026 at 23:59 CET, both dates included.

Orders placed through Amazon, third-party retailers or other sales channels are excluded.

The offer applies exclusively to the CO-DRIVER NO3. Other products purchased in the same order remain subject to OOONO’s standard return conditions.

 

3. 100-DAY RETURN PERIOD

You may request a return within 100 calendar days from the date on which the Product was delivered to you.

The period begins on the day of delivery. To meet the deadline, you must send your return request to OOONO before the end of the 100th day.

You do not need to provide a reason for returning the Product.

 

4. CONDITION OF THE PRODUCT

To qualify for the voluntary 100-day return offer, the Product must be unused, complete and in its original, unopened retail packaging.

In particular:

  • The original product packaging must be complete and undamaged.
  • The packaging sleeve must not have been removed.
  • The product box must not have been opened.

You may open the outer shipping carton to inspect the delivered package without affecting your eligibility under this offer.

If the Product has been opened, the voluntary 100-day return offer does not apply. Your statutory rights remain unaffected, as explained in Section 8.

 

5. GIFTS

If the Product was purchased as a gift, the gift recipient may also request a return under these Campaign Terms.

The gift recipient must provide the original order number and the email address used by the buyer when placing the order. OOONO may request additional reasonable information to verify the purchase.

Any refund will be made to the buyer’s original payment method, unless another arrangement has been agreed.

OOONO will notify the original buyer by email when the return has been received.

 

6. HOW TO RETURN

Return shipping is free of charge when you use the prepaid return label provided by OOONO.

To return the Product:

  1. Contact support@ooono.com within the 100-day period, stating your order number. For gift returns, please also provide the buyer’s email address.
  2. You may include photos of the original product packaging showing that it remains unopened.
  3. OOONO will provide a prepaid return label by email.
  4. Pack the Product securely, attach the return label and hand the parcel to the designated carrier within 14 days after receiving the label.

 

7. REFUND

Once OOONO has received the returned Product and verified that the conditions in Section 4 have been met, OOONO will refund the price paid for the Product within 14 days of receiving it.

Under this voluntary offer, any original delivery charges are not refunded, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless another method has been expressly agreed.

If the returned Product does not meet the conditions of this voluntary offer, OOONO will inform you of the reason. Where no applicable statutory return or remedy rights apply, OOONO will return the Product to you free of charge. 

Please note: If you choose not to send photos of the Product before returning it, you do so at your own risk. In any case, the final assessment of the product’s condition will be made upon inspection at OOONO’s warehouse.

 

8. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Right of withdrawal

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies independently of this voluntary offer.

This statutory right generally applies for 14 days after delivery, including where the Product’s packaging has been opened, subject to the statutory rules on handling and any resulting reduction in value.

Statutory rights relating to defective goods

If the Product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to the remedies provided by applicable consumer sales law, free of charge.

These statutory rights are not replaced, restricted or otherwise affected by the voluntary 100-day return offer.

 

9. GENERAL AND VERSION

In the event of any conflict between these Campaign Terms and OOONO’s Terms of Service, these Campaign Terms prevail solely in relation to the voluntary 100-day return offer.

Nothing in these Campaign Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.

The version of these Campaign Terms applicable at the time of purchase will govern the relevant order.
