CARFEST Competition Terms and Conditions

1.Promoter

The promoter is OOONO A/S, Gearhalsveyj 1, 2500 Valby, Denmark (“we”, “us”, “our”).*See additional note at base of terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

One entry per person.

Employees of OOONO A/S, associated agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible.

Not open to employees of Silverstone Circuits Limited, CarFest or associated companies

Internet access and a valid email address are required. 

3. How to Enter

To enter, submit your email address via the entry form, answer the question correctly and tick the box confirming:

“Yes, I want to receive emails from OOONO A/S.”

Entries open: Tuesday 14th July 2026

Entries close: 23:59 on Monday 3rd August 2026.

No purchase necessary.

4. Prizes

Main Prize:
- 1 x Premium weekend family ticket
- Glamping with Green Yurts
- Track ride* (subject to age restrictions)

Second prize:
- 5x pairs of weekend camping tickets

Runner up:
- 10x pairs of Friday tickets

  • With the exception of 'Glamping' in the main prize - Travel, accommodation and any
    additional expenses are not included.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and
    there are no prize substitutions or cash alternatives

 
5. Winner Selection

  • A winner will be chosen at random via a computerized random-selection process from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will take place on 4 August 2026.

6. Notifying the Winner

The winner will be contacted by email using the address provided on entry.

Participants must check their email regularly from 4 August 2026 onwards to ensure they do not miss the winner notification.

The winner must reply within 24 hours of the notification email.

If the winner does not replymwithin 24 hours, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

  • Winners may be invited to participate in promotional activity, but doing so is optional and will not affect their eligibility to receive the prize.

 
8. Data Protection (UK GDPR)

  • By entering, you consent to OOONO A/S processing your email address for:
  1. Administering the prize draw
    (including winner contact).
  2. Sending marketing emails, as you have opted in.
  • You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.
  • We will not share your data with third parties except where necessary to deliver the prize.

9. Liability

OOONO A/S accepts no responsibility for:

  • Entries not received due to technical issues.
  • Winner not replying in time or being unable to attend the event.
  • Event changes, cancellations or
    circumstances beyond our control.

 
10. General

  • We reserve the right to disqualify entries that breach these terms.
  • We may cancel or modify the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside our control.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
