Sirène is a small safety device that can be easily placed in your keychain, your bag, your pocket or in your hand.

Sirène comes with an app. The app is free to use and can be downloaded from the App Store or on Google Play Store. It's free to be a contact of a Sirène owner, you just need the app to be a contact.

Yes. The Sirène is such a simple and intuitive device thanks to your phone. 

To ensure your Sirène is always ready to be activated, please keep Bluetooth and location access enabled on your smartphone at all times. 

To check if your Sirène device is on and connected, observe the LED light signals: 

Flashing green: Connected and ready for use.

Flashing red: The device is on, but not connected.

Home route apps enhance safety in public spaces, but in uncertain situations, reaching for your phone and accessing an app often isn't that easy. Finding and calling a contact can waste precious seconds, and they may not recognize your call as alarming.  

Sirène alerts all your selected contacts simultaneously in case of an emergency and provides them with your live location. Unlike reaching for your phone, Sirène provides a discreet way to call for help and can prevent impulsive reactions or aggressive behavior from others. In just 0.6 seconds, you can send a critical alert to all your contacts, ensuring they receive a notification even if their phone is on silent or in Do Not Disturb mode.

No. When you trigger an alert, only your selected contacts will be informed. Once they accept the alert the app will show them the fastest route to your current location. If necessary, they can decide to call the police on site.

In fact, studies show that in 9 out 10 cases a situation deescalates simply by the presence of a witness.

The Sirène device itself does not produce an alarm sound, but your phone can emit one when you activate Sirène. To enable this feature, simply toggle it on in the app. Here's how:

1. Tap on the three dots in the bottom left corner of the app to access Sirène settings.

2. A menu called "My Sirène" will appear.

3. Look for the "Alarm on phone" section and switch it on.

Once you’ve enabled the alarm sound, you can test it to familiarize yourself with it. Keep in mind that the alarm will play for 60 seconds after you activate Sirène.

Sometimes things don’t just feel unsafe – they are unsafe. That’s when Critical Alert comes in.

• Press and hold Sirène → it instantly sends an “In need of help” notification to your chosen contacts.
  
• The alert breaks through silent mode and focus mode, so they can’t miss it.
