These Terms of Service govern the purchase of goods from the OOONO web shop on ooono.com and ooono.dk. Where you are a consumer residing in the EU or EEA, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply to the extent they afford you greater protection than these Terms.
Your use of the OOONO mobile application and any in-app subscription to digital services is governed separately by the OOONO Terms of Use, available at https://ooono.com/policies/legal-notice. The processing of your personal data is governed by the OOONO Privacy Policy, available at https://ooono.com/policies/privacy-policy.
2. PAYMENT
OOONO A/S accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, all VISA payment cards, all MasterCard debit cards, Paypal, MobilePay, ApplePay, GooglePay and EPS. Available payment methods may vary depending on your country of residence and will be displayed at checkout. The payment will be processed once your product is shipped, unless the payment provider chosen by you requires earlier withdrawal.
All amounts are in EURO, including VAT.
OOONO A/S uses an authorized payment server that encrypts your card information by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your payment information is safe with us.
OOONO A/S is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or additional charges applied by your bank or payment provider.
3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
OOONO A/S processes and ships orders as quickly as possible and, under normal circumstances, within 2-4 business days. Packages are shipped with GLS, and shipping costs are specified at checkout. The shipping method is country-specific, as we also use UPS, DHL, and other carriers depending on the destination.
While we strive to ship all orders within 2-4 business days, delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance delays and force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen disruptions.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
4.1 Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a contract for the purchase of goods in our web shop within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquired physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform OOONO A/S (Gearhalsvej 1, 2500 Valby, Denmark, support@ooono.com) by means of a clear statement via email of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the withdrawal template set out in Section 4.4, but this is not mandatory. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal directly via our withdrawal function which is available on our website in the footer under the section 'Withdraw from contract'. Upon submission, you will receive an email confirmation including the date and time of your withdrawal declaration. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
4.2 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from a contract, OOONO A/S will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. If the value of the returned goods has been reduced due to use, improper handling, or similar circumstances OOONO A/S reserves the right to deduct the amount for which you are liable from the reimbursement.
If the returned product is missing accessories (e.g., charging cables or mounting kits), OOONO A/S may deduct an amount corresponding to their value from the reimbursement. Reimbursements will be carried out using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
OOONO A/S may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. Reimbursements will normally be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
4.3 Return process
Upon receipt of your withdrawal notification, OOONO A/S will provide you with a prepaid return label; you must use the return label provided by OOONO A/S and send the goods back without undue delay. The cost of returning the goods is borne by OOONO A/S provided that you use the prepaid return label issued by us.
Please do not return items at your own expense or without prior coordination with our customer service, as unsolicited returns cannot be guaranteed to be processed correctly.
You are not required to return the item in its original packaging, but you must ensure it is securely packaged for return to avoid damage in transit. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5. THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product's nature, characteristics, and functionality. If the product has been used beyond this, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in commercial value from your refund. However, if the product has only been handled as needed to test its function, a full refund will be issued.
6. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
OOONO A/S provides a statutory warranty in accordance with applicable sales law. For consumers residing in the EU or EEA, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply to the extent they afford you greater protection.
When you make a purchase on our website as a consumer, you have the right to submit a complaint within 24 months from receipt of the product provided, however, that you have reacted within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can get the item changed. In case that it is not possible or does not take place within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
In any event, as a consumer you need to submit your complaint to us within reasonable time after you discover the fault. If you submit your complaint within two months after the fault has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If your complaint is justified the faulty item must always be returned to us in proper packaging. If you have a faulty product, you need to contact us at support@ooono.com, to make a complaint. It is very important that you do not send the faulty product to us without contacting us first.
OOONO A/S provides a statutory claim right in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This right applies to defects that were present at the time of purchase or that arise due to manufacturing faults. It does not cover normal wear and tear, including but not limited to battery degradation, scratches, and cosmetic defects.
If the defective product is no longer in stock, OOONO A/S may offer a comparable replacement or a refund of the purchase price. Complaints will be processed within a reasonable time, typically within 14 business days of receipt.
7. LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law. However, if you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence. In particular, if you are resident in Germany, German consumer protection law (including the applicable provisions of the BGB and UKlaG) applies to the extent it affords you greater protection than Danish law. Any disputes shall be brought before the courts of Denmark or the courts of your country of residence, as required under applicable law.
8. APPEALS
If you have a complaint about a product purchased in our web shop, you may address it to support@ooono.com.

9. DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes or discounts unless otherwise indicated.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
OOONO A/S may amend these Terms of Service for objectively justified reasons, including changes in applicable law, new product offerings, security requirements, or technical and operational adjustments. The version of these Terms in force at the time you place an order applies to that order. Amendments do not affect contracts already concluded before the amendment takes effect, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. The current version is always available on https://ooono.com/policies/terms-of-service.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OOONO is fully liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, and under any mandatory statutory liability, including liability for defective products under applicable EU product liability legislation as implemented in your country of residence.
For damages caused by slight negligence, OOONO's liability is limited to foreseeable and typical damages of the kind arising from this type of contract, and only where OOONO has breached an obligation whose fulfilment is essential to the proper performance of the contract and on which you may reasonably rely (cardinal obligation). Any further liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes your rights as a consumer under mandatory applicable law, including your rights under the applicable sale-of-goods regime, applicable product safety legislation, or applicable EU product liability rules governing connected devices and digital components.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party is liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms to the extent caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war or armed conflict, terrorism, cyber-attacks, governmental action, pandemics, and failures of power, transport or telecommunications networks. The affected party will notify the other without undue delay and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible. This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, in particular your right to withdraw from or terminate the contract.
These Terms were last updated in June 2026 and replace all previously applicable terms.
